I highly recommend M1 Electric. The gentleman arrived on time and wore protective shoe coverings. He inspected my electric panel for my HOA requirements. In addition to the inspection, I hired M1 electric to do another electrical job for my home. He answered all of my questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and works neatly and efficiently. EXCEPTIONAL WORK, QUICK, AND VERY KIND!! This review is long overdue!! I was told about Matt from the team who did the stucco for the home. We had issues with some exterior lighting that had not been fixed for a long time. Matt was extremely receptive and responsive. He reached out to me soon after reaching out to him. He came out and was very pleasant, kind, and very knowledgeable. He was able to easily assess the situation, give the options for fixing it, and then quickly worked to fix the situation. He was able to completely fix the electric for the exterior lights for a great price. Then, after I switched the exterior lights, there was an issue with the electric for one of the lights. I called him and he came out the same day to take a look at it and was able to fix it! He did such an incredible job that we wanted him to help install a new light for the entryway. He came with his brother to install a chandelier and they did an outstanding job!! They were able to install a an intricate, high chandelier with many pieces in several hours. Matt is exceptional, very kind, and is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an outstanding electrician for their home. EXTREMELY pleased with the work that Matt did in our home. An issue was discovered with our main electrical unit . Matt replaced the main panel and outdoor meter which was compromised. We were most pleased upon the completion of this job. In addition, Matt replaced older recessed LED lights in our kitchen and added new recessed lights so everything now matches. Matt was reliable, was great with following up via text , prompt in completing work as promised, conscientious, meticulous with being tidy and did an overall outstanding job in all ways. Matt from M1 installed two electric baseboard heaters for me. He was here at the scheduled appointment time. We have a home warranty, which I’m learning a lot of contractors do not like to work with. This was not an issue for M1. Highly recommend and will be using in the future. See more See less
